oic, thank you. but, does it mean that, we need to get in for the first round (written part first), then, if they think the kid is qualify, go to oral test?
or, they do both on the same day? sorry for so many questions, but need to be ready for my kid next year.

My daughter comes from a non-traditional kindergarten. As I discussed with some parents whose kids from a famous traditional kindergartens and some with the same background like my daughter, I really found the overall result was totally different.
For those from non-traditional kindergarten, the chance of the 2nd interview of some famous traditional primary schools was like 1/10 while for those from the famous traditional kindergartens, the chance was talking about 14/15. I cannot deny that I am rather disappointing to see this outcome though. At the same time I started to think why I didn't put my little girl to a traditional kindergartens because my hubby and I didn't like traditional education. Then why should I choose a traditional primary school for her if our belief stays the same!
This is my personal opinion only. Hope you may not find it offensive.
tips for the mom. even not success, they will have interview after the lucky draw. You must make sure the kids' result is good in coming months and also remember to send letters to school after lucky draw to ask for interview.
But please prepare that you have to sacrifice all yr time after joining the school
