我報了一星期二日的 playgroup.... $1700 , 2 hours per class.  是我返過咁多playgroup 最差一間

課堂半小時的時候已經覺得超失望, 哂錢, 點知仲激氣  本來二小時的堂, 去到一個鍾, 個老師話有野宣佈, 就是因為 government ( education) policy change, 所有2 歲以下的堂都要是 1 個半鍾, 我見所有家長都沒反應, 我自己就打算下課同secretary 談如何安排每堂損失的半個鍾, 因為8 堂一期就沒了2堂 了. 點知問secretary Anx 小姐會否有any compensation policy or plan , 佢竟然 attitude 超 吋 話沒wor.... 我表達意見話當時比錢的是for 2 hours class 但現在得一個半鍾, 就咁求其話education ( government ) policy change 就好似沒責任咁,  佢就竟然話 個半鍾同2個鍾差不多姐 ..... 佢 ( or school) 好似完全沒想過家長的感受, 一d respect 都沒, 我話覺得貨不對板要withdraw class, 佢attitude 超輕佻話好呀, refund 比你lor...你同校長講lor......  個校長就一味話government change , they cannot control, 我話我　understand this is not your decision to change to 1 1 /2 hours, but I do care about how school communicate this and deal with this change with parents, 點解沒人在我交錢時　or even　正式上課前交代and explain this changes to me, 等我們家長自行決定 continue or what .... 現在好似很不尊重家長，　no discussion and must accept, not really a good feeling. adding to the attituade of the scretary , I told the principle I have no hesistation to withdraw.....

講返課堂, 全程好似小朋友落會所自己識朋友自己玩咁.... 話就話有2個老師, 個印度藉  ms pxxti 全堂講不過十句　（　個半鍾內唱了2 or 3 songs then stand aside and LOOK at the children play only even not ACTIVELY talk or play to the children, 另一個ABC 都叫有做 d  野, 不過個半鍾的 class     超搵笨

15min  free play  ( 大部份時間自己玩,   沒老師 lead no topic to talk）

5 min clear up

5 min make a circle and show a body to teach eyes, nose ...

20 min go out to playgroup and play yourself  ( 大部份時間自己玩,沒老師 lead no topic to talk） ）

５min clean hands  ( clean hand no teaching talking)

10 min snack time  (eating no teacher talking)

15 min drawing / clay ( 大部份時間自己玩, 沒老師 lead no topic to talk））

10 min sings 3 songs in a circle
good bye

仲唸住比bb 多聽/講英文, 點先原來$200 一堂比人騙鐘之餘,  只是得2個姐姐 ( teacher)  陪玩咁, 連playgroup  最 common  的  sing songs and dance 都是是但 3 隻 講多d (聽多d) 英文都沒．．．．不如自己去伯會所玩仲開心．．．

我覺得間學校很不尊重家長，　當ｄ家長是 stupid .... 　如要報此校　請三思，　luckily 我只是讀playgroup 不是 join 了kindergarten ja....

後話原來隔鄰class  仲沒宣佈 tim....有阿婆湊孫上仲以為上了2 個鐘 tim.....

My nephew is studying at 陽明的pips, teachers are very nice, it has got a very very big playground, my sister told me that its sand ground was as big as a pool.

其實九龍柏基可能係新, 佢只係想收多啲學生, 又唔接受家長意見, 所以搞成咁. 至於其他分校, 好似口碑唔錯, 我覺得可以一試

Thank you very much for your sharing.  My girl  is in 3 days playgroup, 2 hours per day. I am a working mother so I could not go with my girl each time. I had just visit the class for once when the class was right after snack time. I saw the babies did nothing in the classroom. They just walked around. I could not see the teacher because the teacher was at a corner. I felt strange at that time: how come no activity, no toys, no once care about the babies except the one who went with the babies.  I thought may be at other time, it would be better.  However, I ask my husband who went to the class with our girl sometimes. He said the situation was the same.  Now after reading your message, I understand what is happening here. I think I need to look for another play group!  Any recommends, mothers? Once again thank you very much all mothers who share your opinions to us!

哎呀

想問一問你地對柏基playgroup要跟足佢地學校假期，十一月又無啦啦唔駛返三日，有冇意見？

坦白講，十月時有個成星期的term　break已經覺得浪費金錢，十一月又多幾日老師進修日，又兩日唔駛返學，再睇下個school　calendar二月直頭返兩個禮拜，我唔清楚其他幼稚園的playgroup係唔係咁，不過我覺得佢地唔同返五個半日的學生，成日咁停下返下唔理想，而且咁計法學費真係好貴！

PIPs為左收多啲學生而咁樣改時間, 加人數好唔啱. 佢地真係要好好檢討下. 我見深井間PIPs個pg, 只係1.5 hrs, for 18months以上, 我覺得好合理. 如果佢地係新, 點解唔參考下旗下其他2間學校嘅課程.

而家晴晴轉左去victoria pg, 上左第一堂, 我老公話好好多,   課堂好有趣, 個女又開心. 成堂都好smooth好有系統, 一班有2個老師. 其實PIPs就算係新, 都應該檢討一下, 唔應該因為新而浪費參加左嘅家長時間同金錢.

我選擇左1.5小時班.其實我個人prefer兩小時,但係又唔想轉tutor,所以逼住改上1.5小時.

今日係改制後既第一堂. 唉!好disappointed.原本一班maximum 8個學生,依家竟然變成maximum13個學生.其實今日已經得10個bb上堂.但照今日所見,個tutor根本handle唔到咁多學生,平時free play已經多,今日仲多. 好難想像13個bb到齊會係咩景況.

個班房已經唔大,9個大人加8個BB其實係啱啱好.再加多5個大人同5個BB就會好逼,唔夠地方俾BB走動.

PIPS真係越黎越差.

Thank you for sharing. Now I will not consider this school anymore.
I was thinking to let my bb to study K1 in 2008 in this school since it is near my home. I called the school to ask about K1 application, the staff attitude is 'our school is high quality not everyone can enter'. I asked when can I apply, she said the K1 seats will give priority to their 2 year old class students, if only there is any vacancy it will give to outsiders; but then she said "why don't you join our 2 year old Pre-Nursery? you better hurry there is only a few places left"...
I said my bb is already study PN in another school, she said in this case if I want to get a K1 seat i better apply now by giving 1 month school fee for deposit, but this does not guarantee if I get it or not... I asked when will I know if I get a seat? she said not sure.... and before hang up the phone she reminded me again "you better send us the application form and school fee in these few days, quick...".

Her attitude is like telling you how popular they are, how hard to get in but in fact she just want your $$.

我亦想分享一下有關這間幼稚園的不愉快經驗!我女於9月開始上2歲班PRE-NURSERY CLASS(我女兒本身未夠2歲,但不知何解他們PN CLASS 可以收1歲8個月BB) 但佢哭得比較厲害,約2星期後,原本老師話佢情況已改善,本來我都好放心,但再過多1個星期後有位副校長竟然打電話給我話我個女情緒一直都好唔穩定,一定要將她轉去一個叫過渡班的新班,將呢D同樣情況的小朋友集中一起,呢D絕大部分都係未足兩歲嗰D,而且一定要有家長或姐姐陪同,形式好似上PLAYGROUP一樣，仲預計一直要維持至明年１月．我聽到覺得離晒譜，我本身已交了１０月學費，事前完全無人同我提過，而且果個所謂過渡班學費要貴多成千蚊，上堂時間更加由原本３小時減至２小時(可能依家得番1.5小時),而時間方面要由下午改為上午，完全同我報果D　PRE-NURSERY係兩回事件！然後我話不想更改上堂時間,佢竟然叫我上吓佢地D PLAYGROUP啦,現在聽番HOI YAU BB講,我慶幸無JOIN佢地D PLAYGROUP,因為佢地果時都話PLAYGROUP係2小時,如果唔係依家又係一肚氣! 其實如果佢地真係有經驗辦學嘅話,無理由到開咗學先諗會有D咁嘅情況同埋點去處理呢D情況,其實佢地可以只收足2歲的小朋友,否則小朋友可能因此而從此害怕上學!
我本來要求可否再上多一個月PRE-NURSERY睇下情況掂，但佢都堅持話唔得，可能諗住D家長已經交晒學費，所以一定可以令我們轉過去果個過渡班，但我最後都決定寧願退學了事，我真係再無信心交個小朋友俾佢地教，另外佢話就算退學費亦要至少１個月，校服書包浪費咗都唔緊要，最慘係又要受氣！
我另外再搵pn,其他幼稚園話冇家長陪同的pn class政府規定 只可收兩歲以上,如我查明屬實一定知告發佢

It is really sad to hear the news about PG at PIPS.  We have enrolled my son to join their PG when he turn 1 at the end of this year. We might need to reconsider based on yours comment.

However, my girl is joinning their PN this year. So far so good, my girl seem like can speak more fluently after 1 month of attendng the class and she is enjoying too!

Today, i have received a call from teacher asking us to join a parent meeting tomorrow with government eduation department. Hope that is no any bad new to tell us... quite worry...

I totally agreed the way their reply to parent queries are very slow and not in good manner...really have no much comment...as we were late to enrol my girl in other nursery.. let see, we might need to considered quickly now so help my girl to enroll in other nursery if they really no improve.
