I want to apply "6 months playgroup" for my baby on
coming next year January.
How's the interview? to interview parents "English" or just have a look the environment & baby.
because my English is " Company Ltd." otherview, my
honey "MUST" going with me...he can speak English well.

They'll only concern about money. That's definitely not a
problem even if your English is not good enough. My child just quitted coz it's not a desirable school. Advise you to
consider thoroughly.

Don't worry  about the interview!  As long as you have the money for the school fees, they will practically accept any child!

Just a casual talk. No need to speak English.
Apply and sure your baby will enjoy it. But I do think baby being able to walk can enjoy school life better.
