真道書院 2nd interview

今天剛收到真道電話通知 2nd in.  有無人也收到通知?
我9月14日 2nd in. 但不知 2nd in要in些什麼及帶些什麼, 要帶埋一起profile去嗎? 我之前交申請表時無連profile一起交的.

以我所認識的（幾個），九月中即第一批2nd Int的小朋友都係一月出生．唔知已有offer的小朋友是否都是”大仔”呢？

My son was accepted in Sept, but his birthday is in August ga......so "big kids" were not necessarily in advantage. My son is not someone with special talent. I didn't even prepare him for the 1st round interview. According to the principal, Mr. Yau, it's no use to prepare anyway. The Ed Psychologist will only observe and select the kids for second interview when they have become wild in playing (don't even remember who is their Mom) Just let your kid be himself/herself is OK la.

Can we have a count of the no of  acceptance kid, so the  worried parent like me may know the chance of our kid.  Thanks

Hello, I just received a call from school today that will arrange an 1st interview for my son on Oct 13 noon. I have sent the application since at the beggining of Sept.

Any mama can share what is interview about?
Group interview or individual? Pls. share your experience if can. Thank you!

We were inivited for the 2nd interview in mid Sept, but my son was not born in January, he was born in April.

I am waiting for the notice too, no matter what is the result, I don't think the school should confirm 08 p.1 student at this stage as there are still people waiting for the letter.  Don't understand  ...

只希望佢快ｄ2nd int完，其餘的waiting list又好reject又好，都得個知字呀，咁等法都幾無奈，不停咁見人有offer ．最怕佢未收晒人又開始第二輪收生．

so, just be patience lar.(nothing we can do but waiting.)

My guess ( this is purely my guess) is they first look at the kid's performance at 1st in and then consider the kid's age to select 2nd in candidates.

咁又係喎, 唔通2nd in = 一定收?
而等所以有2nd in的都交留位費時, 就知有誰人放棄, 咁到waiting list的 2nd in? 以上我猜的, 事實不一定是這樣.

我自己就咁睇法，我估應該係高分者見先同收先，如此類推，所以慢慢錄逐會打比巳第一輪應考者作第二輪面試~~

We're still awaitng Logos's call, too !

From BK Forum, it seems that Logos has already conducted three rounds of second interview:
1. 13-15 Sep 2007
2. 18-19 Sep 2007
3. 24-25 Sep 2007

Are there any other parents who have received in the last few days Logos's call for a 2nd interview ?

Does a second interview = confirmed acceptance by Logos?

Could any parents who have applied for Logos in previous years/this year share your experience, please?  Many thanks.

My girl also interviewed on13 Sep already and accepted by the school at the same day..

So for the one who still haven't receive the call, "add oil"

但係簡介會時校長已經說9月才會2nd Interview，大約１０月才出結果，現今出了結果其實早了才對。

上星期，我收到真道打電話來約我們 2nd Interview，我和hubby商量後，決定放棄，因為我們6月30日去1st in, 等了兩個多月也不通知家長，我們覺得這間學校不尊重家長，但最重要是聽聞真道教學較另類，只愛拔尖不補底，叻的學生就落力栽培，唔叻的放埋一邊，讓他自生自滅，令他自然流失，不知情況是否這樣？

我仔仔都收左喇... 聽聞如果有2nd in , 多數都收架... 我仔仔果日 interview , 表現就好差, 最慘係扭眼訓
