因應新形肺炎疫情，本校已取消中一自行分配學位的面試，本校將會按報名表中的收生準則 a、b 及 c 項作為取錄依據。獲本校取錄者，將會在 2020 年 3 月 31 日透過電話及書信收到本校通知。

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus epidemic, the interview for S1 Discretionary Places will be cancelled. The school will use the criteria (a), (b) and (c) listed in the application form as the basis for admission.

Deferment of notification of acceptance

According to the Education Bureau’s latest announcement, the date for notifying parents of successful applicants of their children’s inclusion in the Successful List for Secondary One Discretionary Places will be extended from 31 March (Tuesday) to 7 April (Tuesday). Parents of successful applicants will be notified by email and phone.

由於考慮到新型冠狀病毒疫情的發展，教育局決定全港學校進一步延長停課至不早於2020年4月20日復課，但確實的復課日期有待進一步評估。

由於復課日期仍待確定，本校原訂2020年3月14日舉行之「中一自行分配學位」面試未能如期進行。學校按實際運作情況，在停課期間未能維持原來在自行分配學位階段的甄選安排而需作出收生準則修改。修改如下：

本校考慮到現時的病毒傳播狀況，舉行面試活動將聚集大批家長及學生，有機會增加疫症傳播的風險。本著照顧學生健康為首要之宗旨，本校決定取消原定於30/3、31/3及2/4舉行的中一自行分配學位面試。

有關中一自行分配學位申請程序修訂安排

敬啟者：

因應新型冠狀病毒感染疫情的發展，教育局宣佈全港學校最早於4月20日復課，受上述原因影響及顧及家長與學生的安全，本校中一自行分配學位申請程序將作以下修訂︰

(一) 取消面試

原訂於2020年3月22日（星期日)舉行的面試將會取消，本校將不另作面試安排。

(二) 修改收生準則及比重

由於面試取消，新修訂的收生準則及比重如下︰

(三) 延遲通知自行分配學位正取學生名單

按教育局規定，通知正取學生家長的日期會由原定的三月三十一日(星期二)順延至四月七日(星期二)，敬請留意。本校將於4月7日以郵寄及電話通知正取學生家長，其子女獲學校納入為「自行分配學位正取名單」內。

按教育局指引，為保障個人私隱，本校將不會就「正取學生名單」的查詢作出任何回應，請勿致電查詢。

(四) 注意事項：
(1) 按教育局規定，學校不能公佈「自行分配學位」備取學生名單。但根據過往經驗，備取學生仍有機會獲納入「自行分配學位學生名單」內。因此，凡欲申請入讀本校的同學，可於五月選校時，填報本校作為第一志願，以增加入讀本校的機會。

(2) 如家長需要補交學生資料，可於3月 13日或之前於辦公時間內（星期一至五上午九時至下午四時；星期六上午九時至正午十二時）交到本校校務處。

Cancellation of the Interview for Secondary One Discretionary Places 

In view of the announcement of the Education Bureau (EDB) regarding the further deferral of class resumption of all kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in the territory to April 20 the earliest, the Interview for Secondary One Discretionary Places scheduled to be held on March 7, 2020 (Saturday) will be cancelled. The interview performance of the applicant, i.e. the first criterion, will not be assessed and the marks will be allocated in proportion to all the other four admission criteria of the Secondary One Discretionary Places including:

the rank order assessed by EDB;

primary school results (English, Chinese and Mathematics);

conduct; and

talents and awards in academic study, arts and sports, performance in extracurricular activities and service.

Parents of successful applicants will be notified on April 7 by phone and mail. For inquiries, please contact the General Office at 2697 2179.
