YES, the YWCA (On Ting) playgroup is very good, my daughter learn there now and this is her 2rd course here. Every Sat 1:30-3:00 OR 3:30-5:00, the teachers are nice and treat babies kind. The teachers will teach them to sing, play toys, art, tea-time...etc. I send my daughter to 25/F Park Lai Centre playgroup before but that school was not so good, until i find this school, you can try, they will have another course from July.

My daughter is 21 months now, and she had join many playgroup class before(start from 1 year old), this school is the best.
