I agree that the high ratio of doctor is not a positive factor of the school - it's a negative signal to me, I personally think. I doubt if all doctor receive formal training for primary or secondary education... or schools simply cannot employ teachers without qualification in teaching training - all the doctor degree holders are qualified. |
