Heard that S.C. at least will wait until Jul-Aug. No idea about KV. However, it's better for U to have at least one KG confirmed, then wait for S.C and KV notice.

I think u should wait for a little bit longer!

KV request us to submit the autopay form and the purchase request (e.g. school bag) to them by end of this month, so I think for those who are going to wirthdraw, will send a letter back to them by then. Hope this information help you la.
