I have the same problem with you. It seems that buying from ETC is the most fast and convenient way. Have you tried Greenfield?

They sell ORT, BBC magazines & Letterland materials. The charges are not low as you compare with the cover prices in sterling pounds. But it seems that it's one of the best ways to get the materials except for the Book Fair held in July.

前兩天在公立圖書館借了5本(stage 1+和stage 2), 書好新淨,BB好鍾意睇

4歲7個月K2考試中英數常識全部優良並得到禮貌獎和復活蛋設計獎
4歲6個月會用普通話背誦駱賓王的「詠鵝」
4歲5個月K2測驗英文數學常識成績優良(中文仍需努力)
4歲4個月識彈John Thompson's Modern Course 首四頁(不用看譜)
Celine在2003年12月23日在聖保祿醫院出世
出生體重3.35kg身高53cm頭圍36.5cm

How's your research on the ORT? I've flipped it in Bangkok's bookstore but I didn't buy it. It was about $50 @ book.

I want to try stage one first. Any comments?

Sorry. May I ask some questions?

1) How many stages of Oxford Reading Tree?

2) For stage 1, there are (Stage 1: first sentences), (Stage 1: Biff & Chip) (Stage 1: pattern story)...etc which one should I buy ?

3) I borrow some from public library, they are on "hard cover", If I buy it through greenfield or ETC, are the books on "hard cover"?

How about through the online service ? I usually buy the ORT though eBay. The price are much cheaper than the bookshop in Hong Kong.

Me too. My husband bid for the whole set of Stage 2, Stage 3 and Read at Home, and part of Stage 4 through eBay where the books are cheaper than bookshops in HK.
