My daughter passed the interview last year. She is F1 student of HYS now. I remember she attended one interview ONLY to test her abilities of Maths(in english), chinese (mandarin & cantonese) and English. It seems to be different this year.

My daughter also received the letter yesterday and requested for a meeting with the parents.  I think this is an indication that they will offer a seat to your daughter but they don't want to voice out so openly in order not to violate the rule from ED.

Why they do so?  I think it is because this year the enrolment rule is changed (every student has 2 choices) which makes them very difficult to interpret how many students will finally accept the offer. (for e.g. I will give up the place as my daughter will go to DGS)  So they want to see how many candidates will come to the meeting and easy for them to figure out how many students will accept the places.

This is my guess, other parents can also share their idea.  Wish you good luck!
