Mind Manual - Help to improve grades- Have you tried this before?

Dear BK parents,
Have you tried this method before. I found from the web site below, it said if students use this method, they can improve their school performance a lot. I wonder whether this is really effective. If anyone's children tried this before, could you pls share your experience? Thanks.

我親身上過！

是一個很好的學習理念，不過要把以往的溫習模式完全改變才有效！

1. 在老師教學之前，要自己先做預習，並做筆記。
2. 在老師教學，上堂時，double check自己的筆記有無錯漏
3. 自己的筆記，做書本後面的練習，確保筆記完整。
4. 根據人的遺忘曲線進行溫習，把短期記憶變成長期記憶

至於，記憶法只是學習的一部份。當然，勤於練習，應該做到！

個人意見，這種學習方法和態度很好，如果能夠實行，成績一定有進步！

各種方法都有其優點，最緊要適合自己。
