尋日喺麗港城見到一群極無禮貌的國際學校學生

尋日喺麗港城足球場見到一群（５－６人）極無禮貌的國際學校學生, 他們大概11-13歲, 滿口英文, 態度奇差，極睇唔起中國人...

事緣可能他們訂了個足球場一群英文人玩, 中場坐晒喺度時, 有幾位叔叔帶同幾位小朋友走去同他們說不如一起玩, 他們不悅，不要跟中國人玩及說要 call secure... 叔叔他們後只在場外跟小朋友繼續玩, 其後他們 call 了阿媽, 阿媽用中文破口大駡叔叔他們大蝦細, 其後仲坐了入場看住啲小朋友．．．

一個小小的社區，為何要種族歧視呢？唔一同玩，ｓａｙ　ｎｏ　就可以了，為何要call secure呢？個阿媽保護小朋友是理所當然，但也不回頭看看自己的小朋友的咀臉，多麼的討厭，以為無人識講及識聽英文呀？

從此事件我學懂了要教好兒女，內在修養的培養及公民教育是十分重要的．本也想高攀入國際學校，但現在很擔心會培養出另一個自以為了不起，在中國人前扮晒嘢的討厭咀臉．

如有冒犯，請不要　call secure（說笑！）請原諒！

Age 11-13, so they should be secondary students, there is no international secondary school in that area, which school are you talking about?  Can you be more specific rather than generalising that IS students are impolite?

If you say 種族歧視, do you mean that those students are non-Chinese?

We can also see a lot of local school secondary students behaving horribly in public in different regions, so do you think that studying in local schools will also become problem students?

我聽過一則真實case說一位有小朋友在St. Paul (local school) 讀的家長因為自己小朋友在校成績很top卻叫小朋友只可埋成績好的同學堆, 不要跟成績比他們差的同學做朋友。

那又如何說呢? 是否就不考慮報此等名校呢?

既然家庭教育那麼重要，為何卻將責任推給讀國際學校或什麼名校與否的身上呢? 那件事上的家長確實不對, 但我相信這個是家庭教育的問題, 並非讀什麼學校的問題, 我亦不相信有一所國際學校的教育會鼓吹他們這種覺得自己高不可攀, 高人一等的精神。

當然peer group 的影響力也很大, 無論你的小孩子是念local school or IS。

If you say that they've booked the football court, why did they have to share with others????

If you have booked a badminton court, will you share with some strangers??????

Students from IS are not afraid to fight for their rights.  Some adults and senior citizens like to think that all children should listen to them.  I can't tell whether they were rude because I was not at the scene.  I doubted that why they need to call the staff and a parent to settle the dispute.  Is it possible that some kids can't speak cantonese or someone kept annoying them?

I have watched an episode of 20/20 talking about more Americans being rude to other people and an episode of 星期日檔案 investigating the need to educate our children for being nice to one another.  We may need to do more to educate our kids for being a nice person.  In order to do so, we, as role models to our kids, should be nice to other people.

我覺得事件同"國際學校"與否關係唔深, 反而係家教問題!!

Why not?  Four to five kids aged 11-13 have been approached by SEVERAL 叔叔 in a playground that the kids have reserved.  Should they have handled such a disturbance themselves?  

Haven't witnessed what happened, I could not comment on whether they were rude or whether they were racists, but I do not see why they should not have sought help from adults who they trusted.  I definitely will tell my kids to do in this way.

嘩~ 呢位kojenny樓主足足係好幾處「自由講場」「觀塘媽咪會」「國際學校」見到佢出同一個睇唔過眼路人甲角色既post呀, 真係用心良苦呀   

我真係好想知係邊間國際中學咁威呀?? 不過追左幾次都睇唔到, 真係可惜::

不過call阿媽都有錯, 我真係忍唔住回應多次

首先我覺得唔關國際學校事囉... local & Int'l school同樣都有乖同曳既學生架啦     同埋佢地究竟係咪中國人je??? 中國人vs中國人就唔叫"種族岐視"啦喎

點都唔應該槍頭齋指向國際學校學生囉, local學生咪又係周不時見到佢地搵粗口車人, 粗口仲流利過人地國際學校學生講英文多多聲添呀  

不過希望呢位樓主唔好針對國際學校學生囉, 都唔知搏咩??   或是呀樓主想大家認同自己, 唔揀國際學校先係高尚&明智選擇咁呀
