Ha, your hubby's requirement is quite high!   There are a few private schools using international approach such as PLK CKY in Sham Shui Po, Creative in Kowloon Tong (but this is a Chinese private primary).  Most other famous primary use traditional approach, such as DGS, DBS, DPS, LaSalle, Maryknoll, Kowloon Tong Alliance, SFA which are very welcomed by parents, competition is of course terribly fierce, there are a lot of info. from other BK parents in the "local school primary session".

I don't know the standard of other IS in Kowloon Tong such as CAIS, AIS (Australian), Yew Chung, maybe you can do some research and visit the schools to see if your requirement/criteria is met.

If you study at RC, I don't think you can transfer to ESF schools as RC and ESF schools are separate entities.  You can still apply to ESF schools while studying at RC.  On the opposite, I know some students studying in BHS applying RC instead as they want more Chinese classes.
