My son will apply for QC as his Principal highly recommend QC relative to Cheung Chuk Shan. QC fits for student more independent and self-initiative for studying, more clubs and societies for ECA.

The past experience of my son's school was top 3 students can get in.

My son IQ 137, straight A in P-5, school table tennis team, class monitor, math Olympaid bronze medal, EPGY grade 8, Cambridge KET - Merit, London Test of English Grade 1 - Merit, Piano Grade 5. He may have a good chance for interview, but no confidence he can get in.

I believe your son has good chance of being interviewed as he is class monitor, top 3 in form and school TT team member.

agree, my husband studied there, said school/teachers will not push you to study, no holiday homework, you can choose study or not study hard. The truth is 學習氣氛良好, 不過真係要自己主動學習.

That's our plan at this moment.

My son also applies for DSS schools : DBS and SPCC. From the timeline, SPCC will announce the result of admission earlier than DBS, but my son prefer to go to DBS.

I know its sounds a happy problem, but from our experience in picking the right primary school is critical to his success. I don't want to upset him but share with him the realty.
