Last Sat, in my son school's briefing, the Principal announced that re-issurance only transcript and not report.
Pls note, the school will re-issue the transcript or report to your son. I guess transcript is you case. Teachers and principal are sensitive enough to know that the report is missing no matter who's problem.
I strongly advise you talk to the Principal and do more than re-issue the transcript, esp you know that the problem is on school side. It's unfairly to judge that's your son miss it.
If really your son misplaced it, you may need to urge the Principal to help.
