I have the same problem of you that both of them are good schools. For religious reason, finially I choose St. Paul Boys. You may check more comments through the previous BK discussion.

I absolutely have no doubt with the English level of St. Paul Boys that their students have good performance in different contest. Please refer to the following website:

St. Paul Boys are clever and smart. less hw.
creative studies.
RC is more push and students must do many papers everyday for practise. More tranditional

If you kids graduated from SC, Creative Kinders, SP is more suitable.

If you kids graduated from tranditional Kinder...of coz RC. they can catch up more easy...

Actually, the english standard of RC is higher than SPC.

the requirement of RC is higher.....if your son cannot meet their requirement,
Students will repeat or change the other school...

I cannot comment your judgement.

However, what I know is -
At least 3 of my son's classmates accepted by both schools. All of them choose SPC.

Agreed!

Besides, if you do concern about the teacher/student ratio SPC is 1:30 while RC is 1:40

May I know what kinder is your son from? and will your son's classmates take the offer from SPC?
