Anyone use this brand of piano (made in China)? is it good? according to my piano teacher, if buget is not big, say around $18K, this piano is worth to buy. now, they have a 125cm high piano which costs around 16.5K, is it o.k.? pls help.

What grade yr daughter or son is? Are you buying fm 偉X ? As I know 偉X , bought this brand name (trade mark)fr a piano factory which has already closed in Japan. Then everything made in China. If yr buget is 18K why not a Yamaha 2nd hand U1?

I have one Ottostein in my studio for 4 years already. I think is fine, esp. we have such a high use rate. Even for higher grade, the touching still acceptable but not the perfect one.

Yamaha U1 is 121 high only, so, i think would it better to a brand new one which is higher and cheaper. what do you think?

And for Ottostein, can you tell me who is the agent? thanks.

I am also using the "Ottostein" piano which is the "highest in height" model. I find that the sound is quite good when comparing with the same price piano. One has to determine the budget when choosing the right piano. Otherwise, one will get mess.

Dear all mama,

i want to know Toyama is good or not...i saw it in Parsons Music (Times Square) too...
and not sure is it good or not, my gal just learned piano, she's 5 yrs old and i don't want to buy an expensieve say $40K to 50K..coz i'm not sure she will keep on learn it or not...pls adivse..thks..

today, i went to TomLee to have a look...and thinking to choose the following as my gal just start to learn the piano, so don't want to buy too expensive, what i'm thinking about is my gal can learn it for 2-3 yrs to see she can keep it or not, then change a upgraded brand if she's interested......please give me some adivse, thks...

1. Bachmann UP115M/PE3 ($12,600) 115cmHeight 2. Ritmiller UP110R3 ($13,300) 110cm Height
3. Yamaha C109B/PE3 ($22,700) 109cmHeight but no stock at the moment, have to wait until early December 2006..
4. Ottostein OJ042/SW3 ($16,100) 108cm Height

pls comment, thks a lot...
