有d菲傭英文好差(有口音, grammar又錯..)
所以唔一定係要請菲傭
我覺得睇多d VCD, 英文書仲好過啦

我覺得請菲庸係想有人幫做家務囉...
同比bb多d機會講下英文
如果學咗d錯野仲敝,
我阿嫂個菲庸d英文都唔係好差, 但係gramma 唔係好ok
bb就學晒d錯gramma, 見阿哥阿嫂都執得幾辛苦囉....

朋友, 如果菲傭可以教小朋友英文, 就唔會有人比幾千銀讀國際學校

我個賓賓, 話自己college, 我估佢連小學都未必有, "C傻"係scissors, sally讀"silly", lion讀"leo"…, 佢同我講野, 佢來來去去果2-3句, I will do like this, I do like this, I put this to that than do like this…我同佢溝通就好似玩有口難言!!
千萬唔好期望三千四請個菲傭返來會令小朋友英文好, 佢做好本份你已經拾到寶

英語係大部份菲律賓人的第二語言。
如果一個菲律賓人的英語真係好好，我覺得佢會有好多其他出路，唔需要做傭工。

This idea is not good. My son picked up the Filipino accent from the maid and her English is grammatically incorrect. HB and I have to keep on correcting my son!

My daughter will probably have the same problem later.

Kid has to speak English to phil maid, kid tries not to speak English to parents if the kid knows the parents can speak Cantonese.

Totally agreed. my customer - Astec is located in Manila, the smart Filipino Managers all can speak excellent English, salary is US$2K/M above. Those servants are come from countryside, how do you guys expect too much. They are not English teacher.

其實請賓賓(or 印印)只係俾多啲機會小朋友講英文而唔係expect佢教英文, 因為佢哋啲發音真係有d問題, 我嗰個賓 'v' 音會變咗發'b'音, 攪到我個仔都學埋, 我就聽到r 哂頭!

但無可否認因為個賓, 焗住我哋全家都要轉channel, 令到小朋友接觸多好多英文, 同唔怕開口講, 如果唔係個賓, 我哋又唔會無啦啦自己一家人講英文啊, 會覺得好似好怪咁.可能因為我哋只係土生土長嘅香港人吧.

以上見解 subject to 個賓/印唔識中文, 如果佢哋識講就完全唔係嗰回事添!.

對不起, 自己開了這個topic又唔得閒上。
我依家用緊indon工人, 佢識廣東話唔識英文, 但做野真係唔錯!我bb一歲,其實我都唸住比佢讀國際幼稚園, 但驚佢返屋企無practice(英文會話)會跟唔上其他小朋友。
bb大個d我會唔做野,你地認為我請個英文好d的phil 工人, 其他唔要求咁高難唔難?
