You may make or draw some picture cards first , e.g
a,,ar,,,car,,,star,,,...ba...bar...bark.....boy...ball , bell
c...ca....car....card...cake...carrot....cow...comb...cup
d...dog...door....doll....desk...duck...deep,,

It is an apple, an egg, a banana ,a pear, a watermelon, pineapple.

This is a book, ball, bell, dog,,tiger, lion, monkey

She is a girl, woman, teacher, nurse, policewoman

He is a boy, man, policeman, doctor, fire frighter

It is a dog, cat, cow, sheep, monkey, goat..

Speak every morning and night time.
or sing some songs like:
How are you today? I am fine, I am fine
.......
My name is xxxx, I am a boy,,,,

Sing and listen songs are very important , hide and seek , write down A in a paper and ask your kid to find and read it.
Very useful

Dear Hei Hei Ha Ha,
You must tell him the meaning of the words and write them on the paper with the big words and stick it on his desk. It is easy for him to see.

我從沒有教過囡囡幾時用這些字,但她都知道,就因為多讀多睇英文圖書！

I SUGGUESTED THAT THE LADY BIRD'S BOOKS CAN TEACH STEP BY STEP FROM LEVEL ONE TO LEVEL 12, IT S VERY GOOD AND MANY WORDS CAN BE LEARNT.

首先, 我解釋每個字的意思, IS, ARE, AM是"是", HAS, HAVE 是"有". 呢個解釋係唔全面, 但夠簡單, 遲D佢認得多D字時, 再講多D.
然後我就畫圖:
I --- am/have/my
you --- are/have/your
he/she --- is/has/his/her

we --- are/have/our
you --- are/have/your
they --- are/have/their

最後叫佢背咗以上既野, 叫佢做幾題GRAMMAR EX, 做做下就會記得架啦.

無SHORTCUT啦, 一係就好似幾位家長所講, 睇多D英文圖書, 要快D就唯有叫小朋友背熟佢LOR.
