DGJS 1st interview 已排到十一月,請問是否沒有2nd interview啦?

In my mind, the first interview is the information in your application form.

Most lovely and smart girls failed in their application form. "No weight" in your form sentences "Fail" in this first part.

So, all girls interview with principal is the second interview and it is the only last chance. Excellent performance attacting the principal will succeed.

However, I believe that some girls will succeed by the information in their application form.

I am sorry I don't understand! What do you mean by "no weight"? I thought the headmistress is going to see every gal and I am sure there is only one interview for every gal!
