They accept. but I guess it doesn't help much for the first round.... anyway, i submit it together with the form.

It's useless to submit the profile at this stage. you should update the info of the profile up to June 2007 and if the round 2 result is still unfavourable, you can submit the profile with an impressive cover letter to the principal for consideration.

I submitted the form on today together with the profile. They accepted it.
