Advance School Fee
Is it legal that a kindergarten charge 1 month advance school fee. i.e. 1st Oct has to paid the school fee for November.
Also, if the child withdraw from the kindergarten, the parent have to give-up 1-month advance school fee.
Pls let me have comment if any.
