A friend's son attended both kinders, one in the morning session, the other one in the afternoon. She said that in terms of language proficiency (putonghua in particular) and level of attention offered to the kids, HKPreschool is better. However, SC is a quite established kinder, said to be a better platform to the elite primary schools.
