What you said is probably true. For a school with such reputation nobody would give up the chance to let in their second or third child.
I guess 15 points for the 1st round is almost impossible to reserve a seat. With 20 points, the chance for year 2000 babies was so so but should improve alot for 2001 babies due to the lowered birth rate. |
