I have an excellent swimming instructor to recommend but he only teachs in HK island, and on specific venues only.
My son is 3.5 years old and he learns to swim in just 8 half-hour private lessons!! Of course, there is still much to learn, eg. learn proper breathing, swim style.
From my observation, this coach knows how to make it fun for very young children, and is great in putting nervous little ones at ease. From my understanding he coaches from toddlers to swim team.
