1. As far as I understand, the school will inform EMB that your son has registered with them. You son can still enter the lucky draw. But then the school, on knowing this, will cancel your son's registration.
2. From what I've heard, the school will blacklist all those who have registered and then enter the lucky draw, and all those who do not register.
3. I believe that the answer is yes as long as you have not registered with any funded school.
