I remember a BK mom sells P.1-P.3 Longman IPE & CD, in St.joseph's topic. But I told her that St.joesph's students use Longman Express this year.
Longman Express should be published this year, so I think you can't get the second-hand of it. Even we purchased from the Book Shop, we still have to wait for the stock.
