Any comment on Toyama Piano (TX-125P, costs about 20K) from BK members?

My daughter's teacher recommands Yamaha U1 (about 40K) but not sure it is worthy. The salesman told me the resale value is high for U1. However, when I asked him about 2nd-handed U1, he replied that he won't recommend. Seems he is conflicting himself. Anyone has idea on the resale value of U1?
