I will also let my son to study another school in the coming Aug for full-day class. Since my kid is very dependent (he still insists my maid to feed him every meal and not willing to dress by himself) and naughty, and he is also the only child, I believe he should have a better growth and development in a full-day school. This arrangement can also reduce his time to watch TV.
I have been chatting with him from time to time, emphasising the new school is very good with a lot of kids playing with him. I did bring him to visit the school and he loved the nice environment. I think he has "digested" the change already. Kids can always adapt well in a short time. Just don't worry!
