Hi Reddie,

I am still 1516.  I have checked with many friends (including those having kids studying in SKH (Mt Butler), their comments are very positive.

Here are the good points mentioned about the school :

1) Students are very happy in school.  They like the school very much.

2) The playground is excellent

3) Students are polite

However, my daughter is spoilt at home.  I am still thinking whether I should let her enroll a school where she could learn self-disciplines and independence.

How about you ? Decided yet ?

I haven't decided yet either.
My daughter said she like her current school more than the school with a swing and I don't know if I should take a risk as she is always very stubborn on doing things in her own way.

BTY, is your other choose 蘇浙? Is it straighter than SHK?

I've just received the registration letter yesterday, have you got yours yet? Are you gonna enrol then?

Just wondering where are the others??

Yep.  My daughter is now studing in 蘇浙 N1. She is very happy in school and she learns a lot (far more than I expected).  That's why I am still struggling between 蘇浙 and SKH.

I have not much information about SKH.  It seems that all the students studying in SHK are happy.  Other than that, I really don't know much about the school / teacher / teaching approaches... etc. Another consideration is that it is very difficult to get into SKH, when it is compared to 蘇浙.

If I gave up SKH now, I don't know if I would regret.

I have received the registration letter as well.  I have not decided to enrol yet.  hmm... I tend to stay in 蘇浙.  How about you ?  What is your daughter's current school ?

Same here, I'm also struggling between the two (SHK & Victoria).  One is a christian school that I want my daughter to attend, the other is a happy school that she likes and enjoys.
The only download side is Vic is that she has not been allocated in English/Putonghua class.

I don't know either, I think there's a very good chance that she'll be staying at Victoria as she told me she like it very much.  But i don't know if I'll regret if I gave SKH up now.

Will you be likely to pay for the registration fee to buy couple more months or even try out the school?

BTY, I wonder where are the others??

Reddie,

I tend not to pay the registration fee. I think I need to make the decision before the deadline of registration. Even I wait longer, I am still struggling and would never know whether the decision is right or wrong.

I also wonder where the others go. I was told that SHK (Butler) parents have a private place elsewhere for chit-chat. However, I persume all the others are just 'to-be' SKH students. They may not have access to the private chit-chat area.
