It is found that most N1 class of 2006 not yet filled up...

The birth rate of 2004 is lowest among these years, around 40,000 baby born i.e. 10,000 less than average

agree?

for good school... competition will happen still... but 10,000 kids less will make many kindergarden to suffer...

It means 2004's competition is no less than 2003 & 2002.
