我的女兒正讀九龍塘的6個月班, 我覺得多多很好,老師也很有愛心,不錯.

我以前也有聽過一些關於多多不好的事, 我覺得見人見智, 看你好唔好彩...
我有個朋友的仔在讀他們的K1 , 很聰明,很有禮貌 :  :-x  :-x  :-x  :-x

My daughter just started the 1st lesson by last Saturday, I found the English teacher is no good at all.  I'm quite disappointed.  Mandarin, so far so good.  Maybe I compared with previous playgroup.  So I have this feelings.

which cause did your daughter take?  K1?  Is the English teacher a native?  Do you plan to send your daughter to international primary school?  or traditional one?

Grateful if you could share more, since I am really considering this kindie for my son.

Hi Hoihoima,

She just joined playgroup only.  Not K1.  Yes, the english teacher is native but the way of teaching is not so good.  For example, he sang a "Good Morning" song, but he only like to sing with his speed.  Do not concern that those babies (below 24 months) are really unable to catch up.  Once caught up, the song already finished.  He only talked to parent where he went in X'mas holiday.  The benefit only for parent not for the kids.  Anyway, maybe I am so subjective, I will pay more attention for the upcoming lesson to take serious look.

I plan to send my daughter to IS, first two choices will be SIS or Kingston.  SIS for good both English + Mandarin but we need to move house.  For Kingston, campus for primary is too small but the size of class is very good 1:12 and also benefit for IB.  

From  my point of view, I only request my daughter to have better language rather than answer robort.  As I deeply trust better presentation will be the first step to present herself no matter in their future career or her own development.  Moreover, reading is the key point that I want her to read more books during her life.  Because lift sometimes will be lonely, if she has her own interest in reading.  Life will easy to go even no accompanies with her.

This is my thinking as I don't know whether is the correct way or not.

hi Sodaman,

I called up Tutortime (kowloon tong) to check the nursery course for 2 year old kid.  The teacher said that in order to enrol into the 2 year old class, it is strongly preferred that the kid first join the play group.  Moreover, there are only very limited places in the 2 year old class for walk-in kids, since most of the places are reserved for kids from playgroup.  Do you know whether this is really the case??

Hi hoihoima,

Not sure the situation !  From common sense, it seems okay because they should reversed some seats to current kids who joinning in playgroup.  Since I haven't check any 2 year old class before, so I can't help you.

Thanks for your comments!!  I have already visited both the Suffolk and Dorset campus.  The school fee for nursery is really expensive (over 6K for half day!!)  Do you think this is worthwile?  Would you recommend it?  Also, is there any school bus for nursery and kindergarten?

Do you plan to let your kid study at the kindergarten?  Since the director at Dorset campus is on maternity leave, I have not obtained much info on the kindergarten at the moment.  Do you know whether the kindergarten is good?  I am considering letting my son study at traditional primary school with English as the teaching language.  Just wonder whether the written Chinese level of Tutor time kindie graduate can meet the traditional primary school's requirement.  Grateful if you could share your view.

If you can afford, that is a good place for the kids to grow , learn and play.
They have school bus.
My brother's son is  studying in Tutor Time.  He becomes more cheerful, and love to go to school. Of crouse he learn something and improving^^... ... Our family is so happy about that.  It is because he is my parents only grandson!  We hope we can give him the best and happy life.
  
I hope you will love this school too.
