Re: 協恩同學仔 2006/2007
Nyako,
Q1. I think that there is no such assessment on extra-curricular activities, you have no chance to submit any cert and information to the school . The principals of the sec. school, primary school and kinder will sit together to carry out a sudden interview for those kinder students, to discuss and talk to the children and then select the potential candiidates for the third round. Before 2003/2004, Heep Yunn kinder has three classes each for K2 and K3 but no K1. But now, they have got two classes each for K1 to K3. There are about less than 60 students graduated each year, comparing with 90 in the past. Therefore, the chance of getting a place in third round will be much higher. I cannot tell the exact no. of student can admit to P.1 in each round but the total percentage is 50 %. But you should be aware that some of them might have the offer but decline with the reason of having a even better offer to Maryknoll or DGS.
Q2. No difference for am or pm. They will all of am in K2 and pm in K3, i.e. no difference for two classes.
Q3. The students accepted in the first and second rounds are NOT related to her characters or academic background. It is the rule of the P1 allocation arrangement. However, from my observation, those students selected in the third round by those principals are more initative, active and smart girls.
