my daughter studing in victoria kornhill - k1, she is enjoy the school life very much & also very respect to the teachers.

victoria is not a traditional school, the relationship between teachers & childs are like friends! some people said victoria/causeway bay is the best but don't worry about this since the teachers will shift to other branch for each year.

My daughter is studying at Victoria HMT in the K1 A5 class. She is happy there and I think the teachers there do make a lot of effort in teaching the children. Be prepared to spend time with your child to complete the homework (even for K1) - most of them will involve parental guidance. However, it does not take a lot time and enables me to participate in her school work.

我囝囝讀得都好開心, 佢唔知係佢大個咗定點, 我覺得佢返咗學後都有唔少既進步, 尤其是係執筆方面, 佢啲控制好咗好多, 畫畫亦有紋有路咗好多! 以前一畫就緊係亂畫一通!

班裏又夠老師, 佢班有24人, 就共有2個班主任(1中1英)及1個助教! 而老師亦都幾夠經驗去引導孩子! 而學校亦可以提供好多資源比小朋友, 例如今個月既主題係[家庭], 課室就即刻整咗個家庭角出嚟去配合!

課程/老師亦提供好多機會比小朋友去表達自己/或企出嚟同人講嘢. 小朋友亦表現得好有自信. 例如佢哋有個活動叫"Show & Tell"每兩個星期就會帶一樣返去介紹比小朋友知, (次次唔同主題, 如My family, My Favorite Toy), 每個小朋友都有機會出嚟講嘢(老師會用問題嚟引導佢哋), 而其餘小朋友亦可提出發問, 我覺得好趣. 最近我去過觀課, 啲小朋友冇話見到無端端有個陌生人係課室而表現得周身唔自在, 相反佢哋好主動咁接近我, 我嗰日亦覺得好開心!

至於功課方面又真係每日都會有, 不過多數都係好簡單既, 我仔好多時都係自己用15秒就完成晒, 唔駛我理既! 到周末就多啲親子功課, 例如一齊搵圖片咁!

所以暫時嚟講, 我都好滿意啲間學校!

請問您們係英粵定英普班？英粵是否有少許普通話課。又如何分別教英和中文呢？謝謝指教。

這間是Victoria打入九龍「市場」

的第一間幼園，你們對它就升讀九龍區好的小學有信心嗎？還是你們一心會升讀國際課程或上Victoria小學？

我這樣問是因為Victoria屬 happy school, 接上主流小學可能相比 SC及Kentville學生吃力。當然，叻叻小朋友應無問題。

我初揀咗, 後來至知只得下午班, 所以申請轉返上英粵班. 佢哋班裏面有1中1英老師及1助教, 咁佢哋上堂時就會分組, 分別由中英老師各帶活動!

維記係就係九龍第一校, 但我相信亦都好多人聽過啲間學校, 所以對較有信心! 對我目己嚟講, 我想囝囝多接觸英文, 班裏隨時都有個外藉老師係度, 咁佢哋自然多機會練習, 尤其是係見到外籍人士都唔驚同佢哋傾計!

我唔知其他學校有幾多嘢教啲學生, 但我就覺得維多利亞既課程同功課對小朋友嚟講都好合理! 加上我囝囝較活躍, 如果要佢咁細個就乖乖坐係度, 係啲傳統學校上堂, 我諗對佢嚟講會辛苦, 老師亦唔會歡迎!

My son is studying ing Harbour Height's branch. Although the school is very commercial, I found it really delivers. The school is tidy, clean & systematic teachers are very experienced & kind, and the teacher/student ratio is 1:8. I'm very satisfied with this school so far.
