all mama,
My fd's daughter will study K1 next year, she apply in some school & was accepted by some of the following, may I have your opinion about it?
My fd live in Ma On Shan, she is affordable, only 1 kid & she don't expect the kid to study in the Int'l school next day. Which one will be better?

A) Ling Liang Church kindergarten (Ma On Shan)
B) Creativity (Kln Tong)
C) St. Catherine (Kln Tong)
D) Victoria (Taikoo Shing)

如果沒有特別一定要謮名幼稚園, 我想你應選擇Ma On Shan Ling Liang Church Kindergarten.... 對於一個只有3歲的小朋友來說, 長的 車程是件辛苦的事.

If she wants her kid to go to a famous school with good manner, defernitely St. Catherine. If she wants her kid just has a happy childhood and has faith on HK education reform and can afford cost for international/foreign school, she may choose Creative. Of course, if she wants her kid has easy going school life, the closest is the best. It is up to your friend's expection and balance her gain and loss.

St. Cath. is a very good choice .
St. Cath. will provide a happy and fruitful school life for children. Not much homework . Good foundation of English . Phonics is taught since K2. Not heavy workload for mum and child. I like it very much .

How are u???  Do u remember me???  My son is studying in SC (K2).  He has a very happy school life and all the teachers who i met were very good and helpful.

How are u?
Of-course I remember u, I miss u sometimes!
I also remember your son is studing there
My fd's daughter is not yet accepted by SC but both Creative & ling Liang Church accepted her already....she is still waiting the news from the other 2 schools. Her husband don't really want her daughter to go study too far away as they live in Ma On Shan.....but my fd want to let her daughter to study in a better one (if not too much homework) .

Hello milka,

Off course there is not much homework in SC. (esp in Nursury).  My son is studying in Lower (ie K2).  Only 2 homeworks are given everyday.....fast and easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My little daughter also had interviewed SC but i think her application must be failed!!!!!!!    She couldn't tell her name as the toys were too attractive around her (she is a very active girl).  I feel very very, extremely disappointed

Dear delislok,
Don't worry, priority will be given to brothers and sisters of former students.
I fully agreed that SC is a good school, well balance between activies and school work, lots of activities and very happy.
The only thing is that it's cost more when compare with Kenville, etc.

以我觀察, ST. CAT. 喜歡收有讀過 PRE-NURSERY / PLAYGROUP 果班小朋友 (可入讀上午班容易D), 因為呢D小朋友有返學經驗, 接觸外界多D, 係醒D.  

其次是家姐, 亞哥係OLD STUDENT.  (但如 INTERVIEW 時, 表現一般通常都會編該小朋友讀下午班.)

Definitely SC.  Tuition fee is around $3,000.  I knew many SC girls be able to get into DGS

my girl study at SC.  She loves to go to school and I also like their homework loading is not very high.  In Nursary and K2 are very light comparing with the other Kindergarten.  But K3 have more coz they have to shorten the distance between K3 to P1.  My girl normally can finish her homework before I went home to check for her.  They like reading story books a lot and their English pronouncation is very accurate.
