我都唔覺細粒會無咁smart喎，好多都唔知幾醒幾身手敏捷添呀。

如果有學校真係用咁樣歧視學生，呢d學校真係讀唔讀到罷啦。

I don't think so, my friend's daughter also a short but she is very smart. So, don't worry about this. If the school is discriminate against your kid, try to contact to the principal.

4.5歲才一米多小小, OK ga
If my memory is correct, this is among the range of 'middle' height according to the growth chart for HK kids. Don't worry. Very perfect.

And I think now everybody is saying healthy life. Those parents who have 'over-weighted' kids should be worrying more wow.

And some schools prefer 'big kids'. My understanding is they prefer 'older' (in age) kids not physically big kids bor.

My son is also small type. He just turn 5 and he is only 107cm. My father also worry when he is in P.1, classmates will not treat him well. I am worry too.

If the health of your kids are ok, that's fine.
I understand your worriness 'cos my daughter is small type.  Don't worry too much.

I can tell u that it is pointless to see the doctors.  My "tong" sister (she is around 7 years old now), her family is very rich and checked her body w/ diff famous doctors but still no medicine may help her.

The most important thing is to build up your kids confidence.  Don't always mention how short/small they are.  Tell them how intelligent/smart of some heros/scientists though they are very short too...

我完全明白你，因為我女兒比你兒子還要矮小，有時佢同學都會話我不用tip toe就可以touch到...之類，我聽到很心痛，好擔心 :cry:

我個女咪又係咁, the smallest size and born in late Nov, 不過佢轉数好快, e家K2, 个个話佢似k1, 对答如流, 好多5 yrs都唔係佢对手, 老師話佢理解同writing 都完全no problem。

但次次報興趣班, the teachers always put her in small kids 果班, because of her apperance (still like a baby), 但通常上完1堂, 佢就可以upgrade 仝k3一齊上ga la!

個人覺得長得高大+成熟D(即使细仔/女)都着数D, 尤其是去interview ar!

你哋有冇覺得DGJS & St Paul co ed D p1小朋友 size 都比其他高大D嗎?

我囡囡５歲，96 cm 高，仲聽見D人話：讓下個BB啦！今日有個爸爸以為佢２歲(點算)！

佢無比人歧視，仲好重視，驚整親佢喎！成日有人話佢叻，咁細個識咁咁咁，其實佢做番自己年紀嘅事啫。
佢依家K3，老師話佢有D事做得比大仔大女還好。

My girl also small-sized.

人梗係會有唔同, 有高, 有矮, 有肥, 有瘦, 有美, 有醜.

But I felt that there isn't any needs for her to have special check or "treatment" as everything is good and fine.

I don't think any doctor can help kid grow tall. As long as the kid is well and not getting sick always. What I only worry is other kids are not treating him nicely.

Well, I can only comfort myself by telling 'small size always has more idea'.
