DGS primary, good in what way?
Hi all mothers,
Does anyone has daughters in DGS? Would like to know how the teachers , school culture etc...are. E.g. is it just a famous school that focus only on the bright kids, push them a lot to achieve this and that.
Or is it a school that pushes but also makes learning enjoyable for the kids. Cos if it is only strict and pushy, I'd rather my daughter goes somewhere else cos I do hear how some local schools are very 'high-handed' in the treatment of kids. I believe kids can be driven to work hard but i would like my daughter to be in the hands of reasonable, wise teachers whose focus is not only on academics.
Could someone please share? thanks again.
