A&A,

If your son was born in 2001, then you have to submit your application between 1-23 Sept 2005 in order to enroll Grade 1 in Sept 2006.

I'll apply ESF for my daughter and would like to ask whether i need to attach the certificates of kindergarten / nursery / classes /activites attended.

I just filled in the application form and didn't attach any certificates. My daughter was still accepted.

My daughter is studing in Tsing Yi ESF. No interview is required. They just choose the students based on the information on the application form.

i have applied ESF Tsing Yi for my son this year 2005 on 1st of June, how long do i have to wait until i know the result??

and do you get any acknowledge letter from them saying that they have received your application form??

It depends on which around that your son is accepted. My daughter joined in April 2005 and received an acknowledge letter in February. But I know some received the letter in last December.

my son probably will join in September 2006, he will be age 3 at that time, so do you know when will i get acknowlegde??? i am worrie my son can't get in becoz ESF is my 1st choice, we are holding British Citizen Passport, hope that everything goes smooth..

BTW, how much is the school fees now? have the price raised up this year??

September 2006? Still a long time. Maybe you have to wait after Easter term next year. The current fee is now $3950. Heard that it will be increase $400 by next term, but I haven't received any notice yet.
