Can anyone tell me where I can buy the colour for fingerpainting please? Is poster colour or water colour safe for 3 year-olds to use directly on their hands?

Do you know Jade Garden Restaurant in Leighton Road? Stepping Stones is situated on the 3/F of a commercial building (I can't remember the name) next to Starbucks. I don't have its tel no. and address at hand. Will let you know tonight.
