青協調查指出，受訪青年對於現行生涯規劃教育整體評價僅屬中等，平均6.01分（滿分為10）。負責研究的黃家裕（右二）建議加強教師培訓，要求現職教師完成相關基礎證書課程。


【明報專訊】教育局2014學年起為中學提供津貼，支援學校推行生涯規劃，目的是讓學生按個人興趣、能力，選擇合適的升學就業路向。香港青年協會「青年創研庫」去年11月至12月調查751名12至24歲青少年，近三成人認為生涯規劃教育對認識「多元出路」沒幫助。團體亦發現，教師在教授生涯規劃課程時或遇到困難，建議教育局加強教師培訓。


青協倡納入教師培訓要求


團體又調查103間中學的生涯規劃主任，近六成認為現存問題是「生涯規劃教育涵蓋範圍過於廣泛」，其次是課時不足（50.5%），欠缺相關專才（48.5%）。負責研究的青年創研庫「教育創新」組召集人黃家裕稱，教師是主要執行者，提升教師團隊對生涯規劃教育的認識和重視程度是重中之重，建議教育局循序漸進地把「生涯規劃教育」納入為教師專業培訓要求，並要求所有現職教師需於5年內完成「中學升學就業輔導及生涯規劃」基礎證書課程（20小時）。


教育局指出，鼓勵學校安排升學就業輔導人員或教師參加生涯規劃教育專業培訓課程、研討會、講座及工作坊。由2014/15學年起，系統培訓課程（包括20小時及100小時課程）名額由每年80個增至240個。局方又指在2017/18學年，「商校合作計劃」已為教師舉辦了17場工作坊、參觀工作場地及講座等，有超過1100名教師參與。

绝大多数老师都是大部分人生都教书，如果有人生规划，他们可能不少都不想一世教书，以他们的背景去教生涯规划，真的缺乏说服力，自己都觉得是 有限公司！

善用校友的网络及资源，还有不少商会及学会有教育及培训的 panel，夠胆官方写 email 要求，好大机会请到人去讲！

生涯計劃是不是給那些無望入專上學院學生的一些建議？例如展翅丶副學士丶工業學院丶海外升學(其實是國內)丶技能訓練或就業輔導等讓兩袖清風的畢業同學有多條路？

叻人都唔一定要去港，中大；如果幫到佢地攞倒獎學金，去OxBridge，Ivy League，MIT，Stanford，CalTech，ICL，UCL，LSE… 招牌學科都很好

我指的不單是升學，是如何拉闊眼界，選舉最喜歡的事業，目標是海外那些地方在這種事業較有前途！

阿仔畢業出來做工，他的同期大多數是名牌大學的畢業生，但暫時所見到的，工種是不太適合他們的性格及專長，錯配之下，僱主及員工都同樣痛苦。

他見到公司有機會去外地分公司工作，前景及專業訓練比香港理想，加上工時較合理，是生活而不是生存。

我說的部分是題外話了。

I glanced over the internet and found a program offered by CU, but I couldn’t figure out how does it concern with the topics? The program targets on those professionals who could take advantage of the knowledge to achieve their career goals or enhance the human resource skills. However the topic pointed the inadequacy of a career planning program to the secondary school students given by ED in 2015. I taught about this topic some times ago, good idea ; bad naming!
I would like to say the results would be expected if they surveyed the youth of failing studies further. I saw some jerks in school, they were hopeless and not even thinking about the future. 30% think useless of the program, why don’t they say the program saves 70% youth in their career planning. What do they expect!!

You are correct, the program I mentioned is originated from US and licensed by CUHK.

One of my family member fascinated by the description of the course outlines, it’s meaningful for her as helping young people no matter in school or after school, also applicable for unemployed adults.

After the regular course, she took the train the trainer programs as well and worked on a few young people and deliver some taster programs in church setting, the responses are divided.

She said is it useful more depends on the attitude of students, they don’t have vision, objectives, passion etc, they can learn very little and no inspiration at all.

除了校友，其實家長都係學校重要的資源。家長有不同行業，不同工種，甚至有些是某方面的專家。不過，大部分學校在推動生涯規劃，都沒好好利用家長這片資源。

香港社會喜歡一窩蜂，「生涯規劃」這類名目最好用來撥款或搵錢。見過最荒謬是「親子生涯規劃」，講員都唔知自己講緊乜。
學校老師做得不像樣一點不出奇，成年人也不一定對自己的人生有好的規劃。
回想以前，最能令學生想將來的老師，是本身有抱負、有熱忱的師長，甚至神父修女，有否參與培訓，天曉得；但以生命影響生命卻是最重要。
