the market price depends on how many subjects and the quality of tutor, usually is about 60-70 per hours.

HKD 60-70 per hours is usually for p.5-p.6 student... Promoted to f.2 market price should be arround HKD 70 -100 (depends on which subject you want & what the academic level of teacher you are looking for)

i know providing F4 tutorial is only $100 per hours for all subjects by CU students

In this case, I thought that CU student tuition fee is quite cheap than. To be frank, for me I p.5 student is HKD70 per hour and p.6 student is HKD90 per hour (as p.6 student is studied in International School and the location of her home is quite far away). F1-F.3 normally is 90 -110. Or like my sister who is studying final year of Dr. is 120-150 oer hours. Some of them even higher, like if she/he is a sec. teacher .... so depends on many things.

Agree, the tuition depends on which district and the level of teacher.
For me, I hire this tutor at Parkn' Shop. The tutor who is an HKU student charges us $100/hr for the English Grammer and Comprehension.

Dear All,

I will more consider the tutor is really know how to teach my daughter and let her understanding the question is the main point. I'm not care the tutor's level and graduated in which University. All tutors have a good qualification is normal, but how to teach is a experience and technic.

For my experience, I hired a housewife to teach my daughter when she is P.3, This lady can manage all subjects and my daughter's result was very good in that moment. Beacuse this lady also has P.4 & P.6 children in the morning class. Her children postition always No. 1 or 2. She used her experience to teach my daughter on the morning time. The charges only $60 / hour.

Last year, I found a HK Island No. 1 Famous school's Math teacher to teach my daughter maths, also can't to see the result. The rate is $150/hr. Waste my money and time.
