Yes, graduates of both primary schools advance to the same secondary school net of Kowloon City. Both are good primary schools, but I prefer 馬頭涌官小 because she has 聯繫中學 like 伊利沙伯中學, 何文田官立中學 and 賽馬會官立中學, and most importantly, you don't need to pay school fee as 九龍塘學校(小學部) which is a private primary school.

首先很多謝mission的意見。但若就兩所學校課程的深淺和功課量的多寡作比較, 你們又會如何取捨？煩請有子女在這兩所學校就讀的家長給些意見, 謝謝！

I graduated from 馬頭涌官立小學 at 1981, long time ago! Its a good primary school with responable teachers & enough teaching facilities. I've heard that it has moved to a new places and the school area is more larger. All my brother, sisters & I are graduated there. You can consider it.

I think you should make up your own decision and parents in this forum will only give you advice or comments about these schools.

Both schools have pros & cons, then you need to choose the one which suit your needs.  Just have some factor you may need to consider:

1. School fee - free for 馬頭涌官小
2. Academic background, seems to be better for
KTS
3. School Net - same
4. Allocation results, seems to be better for KTS
5. 聯繫中學 - not for KTS, but those 聯繫中學 as
previously mentioned are also for other
Government Primary schools, and it is not like
One Dragon.
6. 深淺和功課量的多寡 - seems KTS should have more
homeworks and harder with compare to 馬頭涌官
   小, so this is the fact that academic background
should be a bit better.

九龍塘學校是私小, 有收生權, 可以選學生, 馬官沒收生權, 抽中便要收, 先天條件不同, 說九龍塘學校教出的成績比馬官好, 並不公平, 以官津校的水準來看, 馬官成績已屬中上, 但你可考慮一下收生背景差異大小的問題.
馬官小一至小三的課程應較九龍塘學校輕鬆, 壓力也沒那麼大, 但小四如入精英班, 功課量也不少
再過幾年, 不會有聯繫中學或直屬中學, 只有一條龍中學, 所以, 讀馬官或 KTS 都一樣--- 成績好就有好學校收
最後一點, 馬官剛把教統局的外評報告放上網, "成績" 可算十分好, 你可上網參考.
