I received this email from my university. So I guess the best way is to contact your university.
I am afraid we have been informed by the Home Office that there are delays in processing of visa applications and this means they are unable to meet their published service standards.
We appreciate that this is very frustrating. They will be prioritising applications based on the course start date.
If your application has taken longer than the published service standard of 5 working days from the date of appointment for priority applications or 15 working days from the date of appointment for standard applications please let us know by sending the following details. We will then alert UKVI to try and get this handled as quickly as possible for you.
