請問你地既bb讀完劍鳴幼兒園既 Nursery (N1), 學期尾會學識左幾多野?

以下呢d識未?
1 - 10?
A - Z?
Colour?
Shape?
Any others?

你mention以上果d劍鳴有教,但其實我仔仔and all his classmates未讀N1時已經嚮playgroup學識晒(相信讀K1又會教過)另外,嚮劍鳴學識approximately 50個中文字, simple Mandarin, piles of general knowledge and much much more.

但我認為呢d野只係呢一年佢所學既100份之一,亦根本唔係
讀N1既重點,我仔仔現在最大得益係變得非常主動自信,willing to express himself, eager to learn, develop social skills有自己既social circle,不似得返playgroup時自己同自己玩或同媽咪玩,成個大個晒.

你 exactly 講中晒我個女, 佢而家都係返緊 playgroup, 但我覺得佢唔係好合群, 返左成差不多半年, 都仲係上緊堂既時候, 自己走埋一角玩玩具, 如果唔係, 就"痴"住我, 老師同其他同學仔跳舞既時候, 佢就搵張椅仔坐o係度, 唔肯跳, 唉~~ 佢好非常非常"痴"身, 佢連老豆都唔肯跟架!!都唔知佢第日點返學.....

至於我問劍鳴課程, 因為佢收左我個女讀 Nursery , 而我個女係細b, 十二月尾出世, 怕課程太深, 佢會跟唔上啫~~ 聽到你話你地d小朋友未讀N1之前已經學識晒?! 對我個女黎講, 實在無咩可能喎..... 你地D小朋友真係好叻! 而且, 我返既 playgroup 都係唱遊下, 講下故事, 食下茶點, 根本無教"字"... 咁點算? 我係咪應該同佢轉 playgroup? 你地上d playgroup 上堂時係點教架?

請問劍鳴幼兒園點解咁多人中意,有mug 好處,我都要開始幫亞女搵學校,但冇頭緒,請絡意見
請問呢間通常幾時要apply,佢地通常收d mug 野bb 嫁..

You have probably mistaken my point. Your child does NOT need to know all those words before she starts N1. The N1 teachers will teach them in school. No need to worry about catching up for N1. There are NO tests or exams!! Actually, when she goes to K1, the teachers will teach A-Z, 1-10 and the Chinese characters AGAIN because not all kids have studied N1. These so called academic stuff is not important at all. Your child has a lot of chances to learn these things and indeed you can even teach her at home. My son did not learn ABC from playgroups either. His playgroup teachers also only taught him how to sing and dance, play games etc. He knew A-Z from his toys at home! He didn't even know one Chinese character before he went to Keen Mind. He learned all those from school and when he had developed interest in Chinese characters, he started asking me whenever he sees any word that he doesn't know. That's how he accumulates his knowledge. Therefore, there is no need for you to change playgroups for her especially your child is so shy.

Thank God my son is not as 痴身 as your daughter and he loved to play with older kids. But you are not alone, your daughter's case is fairly common. When my son started N1 last September, half of the class were like your daughter. I can assure you that they will all change. It's only a matter of time.

我的女兒也是今年9月返keenmind n1，上午班，是否和您的bb一樣？您是否全職媽咪，您問的問題我的女兒也在家全部學會，不過我覺得無需擔心，只因為我有時間便在家teach her。n1也會學，您的bb在playgroup時自已玩也很正常，因為bb還細，而且有媽咪跟著。想問您的bb12月出世，9月未夠2歲，點解可以讀n1？

用中文,因仔仔好自我,您用中文問,他隨時用英文答您,但用英文問,又可能用中文答,喜歡玩野,所以考慮過後,覺得用中文interview safe d,因為local teacher識聽英文外藉老師吾識聽中文. Interview當天,仔仔果然玩野,"您叫mud名?" "My name is XXX"

I have plans to send my son to an international school at primary level and I believe SC should be able to provide a higher standard of English for him.
