1. Net 31 is better for boys for secondary school allocation. Banding of MS is quite high (more than 56% are band 1). Record of allocation of secondary seats is good in MS. Pls refer to MS' website. Those top ones in Methodist are allocated to Wah Yan (Kowloon), QE and Queen's.
2. You will expect to spend $$$ for your 3 kids in a lot of extra-curricular activites/learning classes when they are all in primary. I know a lot of parents do enrol their kids in at least 3 to 4 activities (e.g. piano, violin, swimming, Maths, English, putonghua, Chinese Kung Fu, tennis, badminton, table tennis etc...) per month. Some even up to 9 activites. On average, the cost is around (or at least) HK$2,000 per month per kid.
3. Actually I reckon half day school (am class is even better) is more appropriate for primary students (may be a lot of parents do not agree). The kids will not be so easily get tired after school. And they will have more time to study and participate in other activites.
4. The new principal of MS is quite open and considerate. Your kids will be well taken care of.

p.s. The website of Methodist School seems lack of maintenance. All icons do not respond except two or three of them. Quite disappointing ! :cry: |
