MCAT is a test used by medical school MD programs in the US and Canada for admission screening. MD programs (professional "medical doctor" programs) are post grad (or senior) entry in both the US and Canada. Some universities in the US or Canada do offer some kind of bachelor of medicine (or bachelor of medical science) programs which mostly never ask or MCAT. These are not professional programs but are usually considered pre-med programs that help students prepare for MD admission. If you google MCAT, there are tons of resources online about MCAT.
I am not familiar with GAMSAT.
