Her combination is more for business, only M1 is relevant to engineering, ICT is border line, more like arts subject more than science subject.
If interested in Engineering, Physics and M2  are better choices. Without them, chance for Big 3 is slim. Economics is irrelevant in engineering school.

For business, depends on her major, like general BBA, credits for Economics not very high, still ok. If taking Economics as major, will be tough.

Ask her to look at the university website, she can find the courses - cores and electives, it's useful for subject selection at NSS.
