Most students are local. As long as you don't expect too much from IS summer course, you will be fine with anyone that are close to your home.

The more bizzare a thing is, the less mysterious it proves to be.

How about local students that attend international schools, what do they do for the summer, especially younger students? I guess they will also go to summer camps.

Don't understand what you are asking? I mean by experience, GSIS has many non local attending their summer camp. I didn't know the situation for other IS. If one want less local for the summer camp, you may consider GSIS.
