There are many posts about CAIS primary years recently, pls may I know if any comments about CAIS secondary? Teachers' styles, class size, students' discipline and academics? What's the school culture and the major languages used in secondary among students? Thanks in advance!

I don't think there's any difference between secondary and primary in the areas you've identified, so the impression you get from those talking about primary here applies to the secondary as well.

But, the secondary population is far smaller, as a result of the school growing from the bottom grades up, going from about 400 students 7 years ago to 800+ now and targeting 1600 in the future. They're now up to 5 classes in Grade 1 I think, but only 2 classes in upper secondary if I remember correctly. Because of the smaller secondary population, the choice of extracurricular activities is fairly limited.
