Do not create chat group until you meet them in person.
Everyone is using a web name here and you never know who you will add.
How can you be sure that everyone you add is a real RC parent but not someone with bad intention!
You will be able to meet other parents during the first week of school. You can exchange phone numbers with parents if you want to at that time.
